Make sure you take time today to reach out and show you care. It is a hard season for elderly and anyone who feels isolated. It is a super cold day here where I live so make sure you spread some warmth and sunshine today.
I am spending today with my elderly father while my sister (his live-in caretaker) gets a much needed break to do as she pleases. This is the view out the window here as I wait for Dad to awaken.
It can be a lot of hard work and a struggle for seniors and their caretakers. Put yourself in their place for a moment and realize how frustrating small every day tasks can be.
